Job Overview

We are looking for a Team of General Virtual Assistants to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely, preferably with experience and who would primarily provide administrative support to one of our US accounts and the one responsible for processing transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

The general support of the Senior Account Executive in administrative tasks that include:

  • ​Processing Certificates of Insurance

  • Processing Insurance Submissions

  • Processing Insurance Applications

  • Preparing Quote Proposals for new and renewal business.

  • Attaching emails and files in our agency management system, Applied Epic.

  • Managing email correspondence

  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

  • Maintain confidentiality.

  • Other duties as deemed appropriate and requested by management.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - MS Word and MS Excel is Mandatory

  • Knowledge using Applied Epic Insurance Tools and DropBox for central file storage.

  • A background in aviation insurance is a plus

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Takes feedback really well and can improve consistently.

  • Solid organizational skills
