Job Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and hiring to support the rapid growth of our team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to join Ultatech. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring high-caliber candidates and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent for various roles within the organization, including virtual assistant positions and support functions.

Candidate Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and cultural fit to ensure the selection of the best candidates.

Employer Branding: Promote Ultatech’s employer brand by showcasing our values, mission, and work culture during candidate interactions and through social media and recruitment campaigns.

Data & Metrics: Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and refine strategies, ensuring a streamlined and effective hiring process.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to company policies, as well as local and international employment laws.

Technology Utilization: Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role.

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Proven ability to recruit for remote and global roles is a strong advantage.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring.
