Job Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and hiring to support the rapid growth of our team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to join Ultatech. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring high-caliber candidates and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent for various roles within the organization, including virtual assistant positions and support functions. 

  • Candidate Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and cultural fit to ensure the selection of the best candidates. 

  • Employer Branding: Promote Ultatech’s employer brand by showcasing our values, mission, and work culture during candidate interactions and through social media and recruitment campaigns. 

  • Data & Metrics: Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and refine strategies, ensuring a streamlined and effective hiring process. 

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to company policies, as well as local and international employment laws. 

  • Technology Utilization: Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required). 

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role. 

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. 

  • Proven ability to recruit for remote and global roles is a strong advantage. 

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar. 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment. 

  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring. 

  • A passion for connecting with people and building lasting professional relationships. 

What’s in store for you?

  • A Php 5,000.00 fixed night differential per month.

  • Work from Home allowance of Php 2,500.00 per month.
